c <br />J <br />may be heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom located on the th.irci <br />floor of the Federal Courthouse Building located at 350 South <br />Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Motion requests appzoval <br />of a settlement of this adversary proceeding between the paz•ties. <br />CF&I brought this action against Defendant alleging that cex•ta:in <br />transfers made to it constitute avoidable preferences under 11 <br />U.S.C. § 547(b). The parties have agreed to settle the matter <br />with Defendant making a payment of $3,719.46 and being permitted <br />to file an unsecured claim in the same amount or an amended <br />unsecured claim including such an amount. Copies of the Motion <br />and the related settlement agreement may be obtained by request <br />from the undersigned counsel for CF&I. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 523(bj <br />of the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court <br />for the District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be <br />submitted in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served <br />upon the undersigned counsel on or before Friday, the 11th day of <br />June, 1993. Absent timely filing and service of objections, the <br />hearing may be stricken and the relief sought in the Motion may <br />be granted by the Court without further notice or hearing. <br />Additionally, upon the resolution of any timely filed and servf:d <br />objections, the hearing may be stricken and the relief sought in <br />2 <br />
