INITIAL APPRDVAL: 1, .This permit is issued in reliance upon the accuracy and complete- ness of information supplied by the applicant, and is conditioned upon construction, installation and operation in accordaccce with this information 8nd with representations made by the applicant or its agents. 2. This permit is valid only for the equipment and/or operations specifically identified herein. 3. Each and every condition of this permit is a material part hereof and is not severable. Any challenge to, or appeal of, a condition hereof shall constitute a rejection of the entire permit and upon such occurrence this permit shall be deemed denied ab initio. 4. This permit may be denied or revoked by the Division for grounds s set forth in the Colorado Air Quality Control Act and regulations of the Air Quality Contr~~l fommission, including failure to meet any express term or condition imposed therein at any time preceding final approval. 5. This permit must be retained and made available for inspection upon request at the location set forth herein, and shall not be transferred without approval of the Division. B. FINAL APPROVAL: 1. The Emission Permit does not provide "final" authority for operation of this sourr.e, within the meaning of C.R.S. 1973, ?.5-7-114(4)(j), until final approval is granted by the Division in writing. Final approval cannot be granted until construction is completed and operation and construction have been verified by the Division as conforming in all respects with the conditions of this permit. 2. Failure of this source to obtain final approval within six (6) months of initial operation, as that term is defined by the Division, consti- tutes denial of the original application for an emisc~on permit and shall be treated as a denial by the Division.
