Mining was ternrinated in 1992 and the mined area
has been returned to contours required by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology and the
azea has been revegatated. We have recently accepted assignment ofthe reference permit.
We hereby request termination of the permit. There is very little probability of
uncontrolled dischazge. Drainage from disturbed azeas is passed through a sediment pond prior to
dischazge, and the disturbed azeas have been revegatated.
Thank you for your attention.
