Rule 2.03.10(3) states, in part, that "Identification numbers of <br />applications for those permits or licenses" need to be provided. Thus the Application toy the Division <br />needs to include the number of the APEN application (if no decision on the APEN application has been <br />made) for the Application to the Division to be considered complete. <br />Conditional approval is not required.
