As I have indicated to you during our <br />prior telephone conversation, this firm represents four of the five <br />Lenders who now own a substantial portion of the property known as <br />Cedar Heights Subdivision, Colorado Springs, Colorado. <br />I received a copy of the Final Design Analysis for HR-6 Snyder <br />Quarry CAP on March 21, 1990. A consulting engineer has been <br />retained to review the options contained in that proposal, as well <br />as the additional options outlined in the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division Memorandum from John T. Doerfer to Dan Hernandez dated <br />April 4, 1990. I anticipate that it will take a week to two weeks <br />before I will have the results of our. consulting engineer's review. <br />After I have had an opportunity to discuss the consulting <br />engineer's review with my clients, I will contact Castle Concrete <br />Company to advise it of the Lenders' position on the options <br />outlined in Castle Conrete Company's proposal as well as the <br />additional options detailed in the MLRB Memorandum dated April 4, <br />1990. <br />Should you have any questions regarding any of the above, <br />please feel free to give me a call. <br />
