It is our understanding that the subdivision plans consist of approximately 3.7 acres of land for commercial and
industrial development, 16 acres of land proposed to be used by the City of Greeley as a regional detention pond, 11 acres
reserved for medium density residential development, and 37.7 acres of land with 166 single-family lots. Please note that
on April 13, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the operator's Technical Revision request, via TR-1, to
leave the industrial buildings in the northwest comer of the permit area intact during final reclamation.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866921.
Sincerely,
Thomas A.
