In order that we may complete our files, I <br />would like to list those requests in this letter, summarize each request, and obtain confirmation <br />from you that you have provided authorization to proceed in accordance with the request. [have <br />provided this letter in draft form to you at earlier dates in order that we are assured that we have <br />characterized each request correctly. <br />We are also attaching a copy of the CC&V letter for each request. <br />Q(1) CC&V letter dated June 19, 1994 (follows Golder Associates letter dated June 3, 1994) - <br />Addresses change in size classification of Goldstar Pit for Leak Detection Trenches. <br />Letter Reference: Cresson Proiect: Permit Number M-80-244: Commitment Number "33" <br />(Soecificationsl. <br />On June 3, 1994, Golder Associates sent a letter to the Office on behalf of CC&V requesting <br />that the grain size classification specified in the Application for Amendment Number 6 for the <br />leak detection fill material be modified. This material, which is to be derived from the <br />overburden and barren rock from the Gold Star Mine, was sieved to determine the gradation and <br />
