Long <br />Dlvisian Oirectc <br />Summary and Resolution of Interaction: American Soda is planning to drill additional produ~ <br />wells, One well to be drilled in January 2002 with five or six additional wells to be drilled in May- <br />2002 timeframe, American Soda wants to clear up any banding issues related [o drilling additional <br />in advance so that drilling will not be delayed by regulatory technicalities. The mined land reelam; <br />permit for the Yankee Gulch Project requires that sufficient bond be in place for plugging <br />abandonment of each hole prior to drilling of the hole; and that the P&A bond remain in place <br />abandonment reports are tiled with and accepted by the Division. Some file research will be requi-~ <br />determine how many holes ate currently bonded and how many have been drilled to date.
