Long <br />Somerset, Colorado 81434 Divi:ion Drrecror <br />RE: Somerset/Sanborn Creek Mine, File ~ C-81-022, Identification of <br />Interests <br />Dear Mr. Wright: <br />It has come to the Division's attention that the "Partnership" <br />identified in section 2.03 of Somerset's permit application between <br />Pacific Basin Resources and Bear Coal Company has been dissolved. <br />Therefore, the information as required under rule 2.03.4 for <br />current owner and controller information is now outdated . <br />This letter is written to inform you that updated information <br />pertaining to Section 2.03.4 (Identification of Interests) of <br />Somerset's permit application needs to be submitted within TEN days <br />of receipt of this letter.
