Information regarding sealing of drilled holes <br />and underground openings is found in Volume I, Section 2.05.4 of [he pennit <br />application. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />Use of Explosives <br />No explosives will be used in the furore reclamation operations. Reductions of the <br />highwalls were performed by scrapers and dozers and no blasting of overburden was <br />required. Information on explosives is found on pages 44-49 of Volume I of the permit <br />application. <br />No specific approvals are required in this section. This mine is in compliance with this <br />section. <br />Disposal of Excess Spoil and Underground Development Waste <br />A disposal plan for excess spoil and underground development waste was not proposed. <br />This mine did not produce excess material. <br />No specific approvals are required in this section.
