The mining plan approval <br />authorized mining of about 18.4 million tons of Federal <br />coal in 2,400 acres of Federal leases C-0125437, C-0125515, <br />and C-0125439. Approval of this mining plan supersedes the <br />McClane Canyon Mine mining plan for Federal lease C-0125439 <br />approved on July 6, 1982, and modified on June 2, 1986. <br />Mining operations must be conducted in accordance with both <br />the Colorado State permit and the approved mining plan.
