(EFCI) has reevaluated all exiting
information on subsidence monitoring. As shown in the subsidence reports, the maximum
angle of draw varies between 22 and 29 degrees depending on how the data is interpreted and
what is considered significant subsidence. In addition, the difference in area effected by
subsidence using a 26 degree angle of draw compared to 29 degrees is not as significant as
originally thought. Given these results, EFCI will determine the ex[ent of subsidence using an
angle of draw of 29 degrees. The Mine Plan Map (Map 17) will be revised to reflex an angle
of draw of 29 degrees and the permi[ boundary will be adjus[ed accordingly during the pending
Permit Renewal.
Sincerely,
TerraMatrix/ACZ Isnc. ~ ,// . ,/e
vz~/~-~" ~-/!
Thomas E.
