The method was a 1/2 bead of <br />cold applied vinyl to vinyl bonding adhesive on a proposed 20 mil <br />PVC liner. <br />He also commits to quarterly monitoring of downslope monitor wells <br />near miil for life of the mill unless it is demonstrated that <br />potential ground water containments are not migrating down gradient <br />from tailings impoundment area. <br />4/11/86 MLRD inspection - no problems. <br />9/19/86 MLRD inspection - possible erosion control and slash pile problems. <br />4/28/87 MLRD inspection - possible erosion control problems. <br />7/16!87 Mr. Steen's letter concerning amendment conditions. Final decision <br />to use a 30 mil polyethylene plastic geomembrane liner.
