The dwelling or structure is situated at: <br />26129 BB Rd <br />I authorize the New Horizon mine to notify me about their blasting schedule by yearly <br />publications in the San Miguel Basin Forum or other newspapers in the Nucla area duly qualified <br />for publishing legal notices, as well as by the annual mailing required by statute.
