Reso~~~ce~ <br />This letter is a follox up to our telephone conversation <br />of August 11, 1982 concerning the mining procedures of <br />Fremont Faving (file no.80224). <br />My comp]aints are as folloxs: <br />1) They have not put ffick a 3 to 1 slope, just <br />dumped loose soil over the emffinkment. This <br />x111 cause my property to become unstable <br />and errosion to set in. <br />2) They also covered or destroyed same of my <br />property pins by mining to close. <br />3) They left a bank on my side of the property <br />to stop rater from going doxn their side. I <br />think this bank should be on their property <br />not mine. <br />Also the previous oxners mined about 15 to 20 feet of the <br />North East corner of my property. I talked to Don Lee at the <br />time they xere trying to ge the special use permit from the <br />County about the reclaming of this side of my property by <br />spring so it xould not ca use any damage but they neglected <br />to do it right. <br />Yours truly, <br />Tony J.
