Enclosed are the topsoil and <br />spoil monitoring results for the 1989 field season. <br />Submittal of the 1989 Topsoil and Spoil Monitoring Report <br />was delayed to incorporate responses to soil related items <br />presented in the Seneca II Mid-Term Review document for <br />Permit C-80-005.
