RIDER TO MINING PERMIT <br />Permit Date: November 16, 1991 <br />Permit No: C-80-001 <br />The following additional stipulations and conditions form an integral part of <br />the foregoing permit: <br />Stipulation No. 31 <br />The Permittee shall complete the construction of the West Ridge <br />Hydrologic Reconstruction Plan, as described in Permit Revision No. <br />2, no later than October 31, 1995. By October 31 of each year until <br />then, the Permittee shall submit a report to the Division describing <br />the progress on the plan during the construction season of that <br />year. Only by written agreement of the Division may the <br />construction deadline be altered, and then only in the event of <br />climatic or other circumstances beyond the control of the operator. <br />Stipulation No. 32 <br />Within 60 days of issuance of the renewed Edna Mine permit, the <br />Permittee shall submit a complete technical revision application to <br />the Division. The revision shall update the probable hydrologic <br />consequences analysis in the permit to incorporate results of past <br />water monitoring in the permit area and to evaluate those results in <br />terms of impacts to the hydrologic balance. The revision shall also <br />amend the hydrologic monitoring plan for the mine to ensure that <br />adequate data is obtained to continue to meet the requirements of <br />Rule 2.05.6(3). The modifications to the monitoring plan shall, at <br />a minimum, address collection of adequate flow data, total dissolved <br />solids and specific conductivity data from surface and alluvial well <br />sampling locations along Trout Creek. <br />ACCEPTED AND AGREED: <br />By <br />pera or Title <br />DIVISION OF MINERALS AND GEOLOGY <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF <br />NATURAL RESOURCES <br />Division Director <br />9220G <br />
