The following is a summary of the issues discussed and the solutions
agreed upon:
1. All roads within the pit area are excluded from the design criteria of
the erformance standards under Rule 4.03, by definition under Rule
1.04 111) .
2. When a haulroad within the pit area is to be constructed or relocated,
CYCC will submit a minor revision request with a map showing the
fallowing information.
a. Location of present haulroad within the pit area.
b. Location of proposed haulroad within the pit area.
c. Boundary of replaced topsoil in the mine area associated with the
haulroad relocation (if applicable).
d. ~ Drainage control activities planned to ensure the replaced
topooil in C above, is protected for the spoil and haulroad
surface drainage (if applicable).
If you have a different opinion as to the above issues and solutions,
please contact me in order that our differences may be resolved as soon as
possible. If I do not hear from you within two weeks, I will assume that we are
in agreement with the above issues and solutions.
Sincerely,
~~
D.
