A program called QuickView will be copied ro the CD apd must be installed on your computer in order ro use a DBMS imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other itrmging CD's does not require a new insbllatlon of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you plucheee gm~s be in the D: dr<re. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will conbin flea with the .tif extemion. There needs ro be an image viewing application for .tif files pn your computer that will handle single and multi-page tioctmrents. On a windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Fitton and Fax Viewer'' or "Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does wont. DBMS has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with t2uickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be conh'gtued as your default .tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing a~ ngistraeon are the user's responsibility, Then an many other programs that work ae well, such es "Lmging Preview" and "Imaging fot Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD into your wmputer. / 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready ro view the Pernrit Files. Nl')TE: A program ralled QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, bsa also bem copied ro this CD.
