GEC has carefully checked and found out there should be no <br />grazing allowable within GEC's current mine area nor on <br />post mining and/or reclaimed areas. <br />2. GEC intends to notify the owners of all livestock that have <br />been trespassing and/or erter into GEC reclaimed lands <br />unauthorized. <br />3. Two weeks after the official notice has been issued and the <br />livestock is still grazing on GEC's reclaimed area the follow- <br />ing enforcement actions will have to be taken by GEC <br />immediately, <br />a. A local wrangler will be utilized to pin down all livestock <br />within GEC's permitted and/or reclaimed areas. <br />b.
