On page 3, it
specifically states that all items must be removed by October 17,
1992. This was not done. Also, a verbal agreement to temporarily
store the material at the Baumgartel residence was made in November
of 1992, but the Baumgartels feel that this verbal agreement has
been breached. I agree.
None of the material is stored on the mine disturbed area at this
time and it is no longer the responsibility of Sunland Mining,
however, we feel that the tanks should be removed immediately as
you do. In addition to being hazardous along the road, they are an
eyesore for the mine reclamation. If there is anything else I can
do to help, please contact me. Thanks.
Sincerely yours,
~~~~~
GrC egt/Lewicki
Greg Lewicki and
Associates
cc. Sandy Price
