A public hearing will be held only if significant interest is shown. <br />FINAL PERMIT DECISION AND APPEAL PROCESS <br />After the close of the public comment period, EPA will issue a Final Permit decision, and <br />will notify all commenters regarding this decision. The final decision maybe to: issue; deny; <br />modify; or revoke and reissue the Draft Permit. The final decision shall become effective thirty <br />(30) days after the final decision is issued, unless no commenters requested a change in the Draft <br />Permit, in which case the Permit shall become effective immediately upon issuance. <br />Within thirty (30) days after a Final Permit decision has been issued, any person who <br />filed comments on the Draft Permit or participated in a public hearing, may petition the <br />Administrator to review the Permit decision.
