The enclosed Permit is a "DRAFT" version of the proposed Final Permit. It is a <br />"sample" of what the Final Permit will look like. Although the text on page four (4), paragraph <br />two (2) of the "DRAFT" Permit says you are authorized to begin injection operations, this <br />version of the Permit is NOT official and is being sent to you so that you have a chance to <br />comment. <br />The necessary construction work may not be performed until the Permit becomes Final <br />and is issued. Following recompletion of the well, but prior to commencement of injection <br />operations, the Getty No. 1-7LW injection well must undergo and pass a mechanical integrity <br />pressure test. A two week notice of the scheduled test is required so that we can arrange to <br />witness it. You may contact Paul S.
