In discu~aiorf wicir
your subcontractor, Geisman Seeding, ire indicated 'Cie wouiu teLuLrr
to the site this spring and overseed the area with the correct seed
rate although he was not certain who was in error - the seed
company or his company. Regardless, he stated he would rectify the
situation.
Jerry Roblitz of Greystone Consulting contacted Mr. Geismar. early
this spring to deterarine his schedule fcr the reseeding. It to^~
several weeks for Mr. Geisman to return our call and when he did,
he was extremely defensive about who was at fault. However, he did
agree to do it as quickly as he could get to it.
In the interim, we have decided to reseed the entire reclaimed area
and we called Mr. Geisman for a bid. Again, he did not answer our
calls. When at last we reached him, he said that he could not get
to the site this spring and that we should hire somebody else to ~~
the job.
You are aware that as the general contractor it is your
responsibility to see that this job is completed per contract. You
are also aware that time is running out to accomplish the seeding
to take advantage of the spring moisture.
