Item 1 e. of that letter
states "The operator will vaork with the Cedar heights Lenders and the
Corrective Action plan objectors on the problems regarding incompatibility of
hydrologic controls (culverts) on their respective properties. The operator
will submit a final plan to the Division for approval by March 31, 1990." I
have not been contacted by the operator but would ask for this statement to be
included on the final approved plan. The operator with the assistance of
experienced geotechnical and hydrological engineers have reviewed the existing
downstream road cuts and embankments adjacent to Olack Canyon Road and that
the culverts will be located so as not to precipitate a landslide or rockfall
condition onto the downstream property. As presently shown I have a concern
that culvert IiP,-6 could cause downstream property damage. If I can clarify
these concerns in any way, please feel free to call on me.
Sincerely,
~~
Gregor f9.
