Granite State Insurance Company, National Union Fire Insurance: <br />Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, AIU Insurance Company, and <br />Lexington Insurance Company (the "Insurers"), have entered intro a <br />Settlement Agreement in the above-captioned bankruptcy case. In <br />addition, CF&I and Crane have entered into an Agreement <br />concerning the allocation of funds under the Settlement <br />Agreement. <br />PLEASE TAF~ FURTHER NOTICE that on January 25, 1993, CF&]: <br />filed in the above-captioned bankruptcy case a "Motion File3 <br />Under Seal by CFI Steel Corporation, Dated 01/25/93, for Order <br />Approving (1) Settlement Agreement Between CF&I Steel Corporation <br />and Crane Company and American Home Assurance Company, Granite: <br />State Insurance Company, Nation Union Fire Insurance Company of <br />Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, AIU Insurance Company, and Lexington <br />Insurance Company, and (2) Allocation Agreement between CF&I <br />Steel Corporation and Crane Company" (the "Agreements Motion"). <br />The Agreements Motion and the documents related thereto (the <br />"Sealed Documents") have been filed under seal pursuant to an <br />order of the Court dated January 22, 1993 (the "Seal Order"). <br />PLEASE TARE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the Seal Orde:r <br />the Sealed Documents have been sealed from public access and t:he <br />dissemination of the Sealed Documents has been limited to the <br />United States Trustee, the Unsecured Creditors' Committee, and <br />the Environmental Protection Agency subject to objections, if <br />any, made in accordance with the terms of this Notice. <br />__ 2 ~ <br /> <br />
