It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that some problems noted in
past mine site inspection reports either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but
documentation of the corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office.
Please see the enclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of a past inspection
of this site. Problems noted in this report, that our records indicate remain unresolved, have been
highlighted.
To avoid potential future enforcement actions for non-compliance with State Statutes, Rules and
Regulations, and/or conditions specified in your permit for this site, documentation of compliance
with the corrective actions specified for each of the indicated problems- must be submitted to our
office by January 16, 2003.
