No map was submitted identifying <br />the locations of this sampling. However, lab sheets identify the samples as taken from <br />the bench and outslopes of fill 9. These samples were taken in May 2002. Please <br />respond to the following questions or concerns. <br />1. Page 2.05-59 addresses soil sampling approved for the site. SAR should be <br />evaluated for each sample. Please provide the SAR for these samples. <br />2. Page 2.05-59 commits LCC to applying fertilizer as necessary. Has LCC applied <br />fertilizer to supplement soils for nitrogen and phosphorous? All samples indicate <br />a nitrogen and phosphorous deficiency. <br />3. Why were fertilizer recommendations not requested from Servi-Tech? (see <br />special comments section of the Soil Analysis Report. <br />Please respond to questions or requests for information within 30 days of receipt of this <br />letter.
