Approval of this mining plan supplements the <br />King Coal Mine mining plan for Federal leases P-058300 and <br />C-29125 approved on May 20, 1982. <br />Mining operations must be conducted in accordance with both <br />the Colorado State permit and the approved mining plan. I <br />have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document. <br />Please read the terms and conditions of the mining plan <br />approval document carefully.
