B. 2, lJl{en the location of [he point of delivery shall be such <br />that it can be served only by extending facilities over <br />the property of another, [he Applicant may be required [o <br />secure to, and for, [he Association, all necessary and con- <br />venient casements, which may include a survey, and to <br />pay the cost incident [}{ereto. The As,ocia[ion will delay <br />extension of its facilities over the property of a third <br />party until such time as satisfactory and sufficient <br />easement shall have been procured. <br />3. The Customer will provide access to his premises a[ all <br />reasonable times for aut}lorized employees of the Association <br />for any proper purpose incidential to the supplying of <br />electric service. <br />C. Relooation'of Facilities <br />1. The Customer shall reimburse [he Association for any cost <br />associated with relocation of facilities made at the request <br />of the Customer foz the Customer's convenience. Except in <br />the case of emergency, meters and other equipment of Che <br />Association will be removed or relocated only by employees <br />of [he Association. The Association shall, at its option, <br />require a cash deposit, in advance, sufficient in amount [o <br />pay for all estimated costs of the change or relocation. <br />If due [o an emergency, the Customer removes a meter or <br />other facilities of the Association, said Customer will be <br />required [o immediately notify Association. <br />D. Damage to Association facilities <br />1. Any person, or organization causing injury to Association <br />facilities shall be held liable for al] damages suffered <br />by the Association. <br />2. The Association will, at [he request of any party having <br />sufficient reason, locate any of its underground facilities <br />within 48 fiovrs of tfi a request. <br />E. Attachments to Association Poles <br />1.
