We will be in <br />contact with both the Bureau of Land Management and Jack <br />Gilleland to verify what additional areas to the east and west of <br />the currently permitted pit may also be included in the amendment <br />application. <br />We currently have a copy of a lease in our files between C & <br />J Gravel and the Bureau of Land Management for the five (5) acres <br />north of the Montoya Pit.
