PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed sale shall be <br />free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, interests and claims. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to the Bankruptcy <br />Rules, objections to the proposed sale must be filed with the <br />Court and received by the undersigned counsel no later than the <br />close of business on Friday, the 18th day of June, 1993.
