The meeting <br />will be held in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, starting at 9:00 a.m. <br />each day. <br />At the meeting, the Board will allow Basin Resources, Inc. to show cause why its permit for <br />the New Elk Mine should not be revoked.
