Mazk was promoted to <br />Site Plan Review Planner and I will be taking over this issue. <br />My first question would be what is the use of the property once the mining is stopped. There aze many <br />uses that would allow a building like the mill building to be used on the pazcel. For example if the site <br />is a legal building lot then the mill building could be converted to a residence or become accessory to a <br />residence on the pazcel.
