Of the species on the above list only the <br />wintering bald eagle is likely to be found on or around the proposed mine site. Use of the site by <br />this species is likely to be confined to incidental foraging. There are no nests, communal roosts, <br />or concentration areas that would be impacted by the proposed mining activity. <br />The Colorado pikeminnow, razorback sucker, bonytail chub, and humpback chub occur <br />downstream near the mouth of the Dolores River, and in the Colorado River. There are no <br />known occurrences of these species in the upper Dolores River or its tributaries. Designated <br />Critical Habitat for these species is located downstream in the Colorado River. <br />BLM sensitive species with potential to be located on the proposed mine site include: <br />Townsend's big eared bat, fringed myotis, Yuma myotis, spotted bat, big free-tailed bat, Naturita <br />12 <br />
