Box J00
Castle Rock, CO 80104
Gentlemen:
This is to remind you that your permit, CO-050-93-3, in the Table Mountain area,
expired on December 1, 1993. W2 received your production report for November on
December 13, 1993. We accept that as a final production figure; any amount
remaining on the contract by law must be forfeited. You may, of course, apply
fora new permit. Until such permit is issued, however, no more material can be
removed from the area. To do so constitutes trespass.
The most recent inspection made of your permit area was on September 29, 1993.
We noted a large number of unused wooden pallets stacked along the road within
the permit area. If these have not been used or already removed, they should be
picked up as soon as possible, whether or not a new permit is applied for.
Another inspection will he made shortly to verify such cleanup.
If you have any questions or wish to apply fora new permit, contact Charles Fair
at this office, (719) 275-0631.
Sincerely yours,
LL L MAC BERTH
Area Manager
cc: Mr. Jim Stevens
Colo.
