This mining plan action relates <br />to Federal lands associated with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed <br />Decision and Findings of Compliance for Permit Revision No. 5 for your mine and approved on <br />September 26, 2001. <br />• I have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document and associated map for this new <br />mining plan. Please read the terms and conditions of the mining plan approval document <br />carefully.
