<br />7. On April 20, 1987 the Division received a request for an adjudicatory <br />hearing concerning the proposed decision. <br />Conclusions of Law <br />1. Reclamation work conducted at the Blue Ribbon Mine was in accordance <br />with the approved plan. <br />2.
