We hope that the <br />information we have provided will suffice to support a <br />determination that the Sunday Mine operation should not be a DMO; <br />however, we understand that a meeting to discuss the determination <br />will be scheduled in accordance with Rule 7.2.4(1)(a) if there are <br />any other questions about the DMO classification.
