Long <br />DlvNon Director <br />This is to inform you that on August 25-26, 1993, the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board continued its consideration of the Corley Company's <br />August 2, 1993 Petition for Declaratory Order to the October 20-21, 1993 Board <br />Meeting. This Petition for Declaratory Order regards allegations by the <br />Corley Company of a trespass by the Division, as addressed in the <br />August 2, 1993 Corley Company letter to Mr. Bruce Stover of the Division. <br />This Petition for Declaratory Order has been expanded at the request of the <br />Corley Company to further include issues regarding alteration of a legal <br />document by the Division, and failure of the Division to obtain a mining <br />permit for activities that occurred in conjunction with the Pioneer Canon <br />reclamation project being conducted by the Inactive Mines Program. The <br />expansion of the Petition for Declaratory Order was requested in the <br />August 26, 1993 Corley Company letter to Mr. Daniel I.
