Applications may be made by air, high volume ground application,
low volume ground application and ultra-low volume ground application. Except
as noted for multiflom rose, ESCORT® XP should be applied as a spiny to the
foliage.
The application volume required will vary with the height and density of the brash
and the application equipment used. Generally, aerial applications will require
I S to 25 gallons of water per acre; high volume ground application will require
100 to 400 gallons of water per acre: low volume ground application will require
20 to 50 gallons of water per acre; and ultra-low volume ground application will
require ]0 to 20 gallons of water per acre.
Regardless of the application volume and equipment used, thorough coverage of
the foliage is necessary to optimize results.
BRUSH SPECIES CONTROLLED
High Volume Broadcast
ESCORT° XP Rate ESCORT° XP Rate
Species oL100 gut oLa
Ash 1-2 I-3
Asprn 1-2 1-3
Black locust 1-2 13
Blackberry 1-2 1-3 x`:
Cemelthom 1-2 Id
Cherry 1-2 1A
Cononwood 1-2 2-3
Eastern red cedar 1-2 2-3
Elder 1-2 2-3
Eim 1-2 I3
Firs 3 I-?
Hauahom 1-2 1-3
Honeysuckle I-2 iF-1
Mulberry I-2 2-3
MWtiflora rose 1-2 Id
Muuadine (wild grape) 1-2 2-3
Database and format copyright ©by CB:P Press.
