<br />On May 31, 2000, Oxbow Mining, Inc., submitted the high bid at the competitive
<br />coal lease sale for 4,443.57 acres identified as serial number COC 61357. As
<br />conditions for lease issuance, Oxbow Mining, Inc., (1) executed four copies of
<br />lease COC 61357, (2) submitted the first year's rental, and (3) submitted the
<br />payment for advertisement of the coal sale.
<br />On March 21, 2001, oxbow Mining, Inc., filed a Personal Bond and Power of
<br />Attorney form along with Bank of America Securities Confirmations. A copy of
<br />the Pledgee Collateral Activity Report was received on March 30, 2001. The
<br />bonds are secured through four U.S. Treasury Notes for a total amount of
<br />$6,993,000. Listed below are the Treasury Note amounts, CUSIP Nos., interest
<br />rates and maturity dates for each Note:
