Long <br />Division Director <br />RE: Chemical Stores at the Mill, Leadville Mining and Milling, Permit No. M-1990-057 <br />Deaz Mr. Hazlitt, <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology received your reagent inventory in the LMMI Leadville Mill dated <br />October 1, 2001. The reagent inventory provided by the operator demonstrates that there aze no <br />particulazly problematic hazazdous chemicals stored at the mill. Included in this memo are some facts <br />about the chemicals onsite gleaned from material safety data sheets. Also included are some <br />recommendations for continued storage that should be addressed by the operator.
