I-Ie is an honor graduate of the Provincial Institute of Mining in <br />Canada and is along-standing member of the Society of Mining Engineers. Prior to forming <br />lVliners Inc., he was vice presidrnt of mining for a large, irrtcrnational mining contractor. Lr this <br />capacity, he duetted and was reaponsiblu for the bidding, organization, ttrobilization and <br />subsequent execution and completion of mining contracts throughout the United States and <br />overseas. Additional experience in the coming indushy includes the position of project manager <br />for a large, underbn•ound uranium mining contract, owner and principal of a contracting business, <br />regional manager for a mining equipment manufactwrer, general manager for an explosives <br />distributor and technical representative for att explosives manufacturer. Prior to these positions, he <br />was mine captavt of a trackless uranium mine, served as a mine engineer, foreman and shill boss at <br />both a track and trackless baso metal mitre, and as an engineer, geologist and foreman of an <br />underground gold mine. Avery pertinent part of Mr. 4Vcddcll's experience is twelve years as <br />technical service representative for C.I.L. (I.C.I.) an international explosives manufacturer. During <br />this period he assisted with and/or supervised a vatiety of blasting projects including the falling of <br />^ several reinforced concrete smokz stacks ranging in size from small to very large, all of which wore <br />r ar very congested areas, <br />
