Lanp, <br />Division Director <br />On August 9, 1996, we sent a letter to Mountain Coal Company (MCC) <br />requesting certain information regarding the Mautz complaint <br />situation. A response was received from MCC on August 26, 1996. <br />In response to our concern number two, MCC provided a 1993 Dames <br />and Moore report regarding landslide features on Jumbo Mountain. <br />This information is helpful; however, we need to request additional <br />information. <br />Please refer to our concern number two of the August 9, 1996 <br />letter, and provide the detailed response requested.
