The following information covers the time period from November 11, 1997 - <br />November 18, 1997. <br />General Construction Summary and Schedule <br />Road construction is essentially complete except for final base course placement and guardrail. Base <br />course placement continues along the lower road sections. Construction continues on the main Ventilation <br />Facilities Site (VFS) sediment ditch (DSG-1), upper detention pond, and detention pond outlet channel. <br />The sediment pond SG-1 decant pipe installation is complete, and pond completion is pending liner <br />installation. Final culvert and french drain installations are also in progress. Snow flurries occurred early <br />in the week but the weather was generally dry and cold throughout the period.
