C • • 1 <br />4 <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />Re: Notice of Violation No. C-91-010 <br />Page -2- <br />We are, at this time, asking for a meeting to be held with a rep- <br />resentative of the Attorney General's Office and representatives <br />of the Mined Land Reclamation Division to solve these problems. <br />We would hope that this meeting could take place before the Board <br />Hearing, so these particular problems can be solved and the facts <br />on different items with reference to this Civil penalty can be es- <br />tablished. We would also like to make a proper presentation at the <br />Board Hearing. <br />We have contacted Harry B.
