Mine No. 2, File No. C-80-002 <br />Dear Mr. Weaver: <br />In order for the Office of Surface Mining to release the federal permit for <br />the O.C. Coal Mine No. 2, additional information on the power lines at the <br />site are needed. Can you please provide the Division and OSM with the <br />following: <br />1. Scale drawing or dimensions of the power poles, <br />2. The vertical distance from the ground surface to the power line, <br />3. The location of the poles on the mine site on a map <br />(e. g. Exhibit 10 or 11), and <br />4.
