Wakher
Executive Director
Ronald W. Canany
Acring Division Director
The Division received a fax'd letter from Mr. Ted Zigan regarding a possible 60 foot wide
easement in-the northern part of the Snowstorm Placer permit azea.
Not knowing any of the details (where the easement will be located, the direction it will run, how
much permit acreage it will require, how much dirt work will be involved in order to construct
the road, will it need County approval, will the easement interfere with final reclamation, etc.) it
is difficult to determine if an amendment, or a technical revision, would be necessazy to
incorporate the easement.
When a firm decision is made, you should submit a revision request (start with a technical
revision) so the permit can be revised if the proposal is an allowed use of permitted lands.
Call me if you have any questions at 303-866-4060.
Sincerely,
~~
B~~~j- _ _ __,--~
James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: James Stevens
Ted Zigan, fax'd
