The Mined Land Reclamation Board of the Department of
Natural Resources of the State of Colorado, et al.; Civil
Action No. SOCV1437, Division A
Dear Mr. Woods:
This will confirm our conversation of November 26, 1980, then
we appeared before Judge Jacobucci, and you indicated your will-
ingness to provide me with documents from the Mined Land
Reclamation Board file which I have been previously unable to
locate. in particular, I am interested in seeing the actual
written authority for Ready Mixed Concrete Company to operate
at all on parcel 6 of their property. You will note from the
Mined Land Reclamation Board file that the 7/28/78 Regular
(112) Permit Application Form For Succession Of Operator,
Pemit P7o. 77-436 shows for local government approval, at exhibit
M, Board of County Commissioners Resolutions for parcels 1-a, 2,
3, 4, and 5, only.
You will recall that you indicated to me after the hearing on
November 26, 1980, that no new land was contemplated in the
"technical revision" granted by the MLRB to Ready Mixed on
January 23 or 24, 1980.
Thank you for your kind assistance and cooperation in this matter.
9i c rel
wrW
ANN VICTORI HOP R FT
ASSISTANT COUNT ATTORNEY
AVH rl
cc Jim Considine
~' :.
